MEETINGS are on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the American Legion Post #1, 364 N. 7th Ave, Phoenix. The Post is a couple of blocks north of Van Buren on 7th Ave. Look for the large flag pole. The Legion has a grill on site, and we are welcome to show up early and get a bite to eat.

The club is excited to announce that we will be having a family picnic for all members in good standing and their families.
The picnic will be held Saturday, May 7th at the McCormick/Stillman Railroad Park, 7301 East Indian Bend Road, Scottsdale, 85250.
Setup will begin at 10 AM and food will be served beginning at 11 AM to avoid the hottest part of the day, however the pavilion is reserved until 4PM and you are welcome to stay and play games, ride the train (price is not included in the picnic), tour the park and museum (price is not included in the picnic), etc.
The club will provide the picnic entree, plates, cups, utensils, etc., however all attending parties will be expected to bring a side to share with the group.
To enable the planning committee to arrange the entree and coordinate sides, please respond with the following information to Lyn Gorton (lyngorton@hotmail.com) or the Planning Committee Lead, Laurie Rice-Henthorn (tjai@yahoo.com) as soon as possible.
